What do you do if someone suggests plans you don’t care about?

Like I did not go to meet this one woman who I wasn’t sure if I was interested in. I’m not so conveniently located to NYC right now. So it’s not an easy trip. Anyway, her suggestion was to look at art galleries. I don’t care. I’ll go to a museum. I really don’t care about random art galleries

I would go if it’s something I don’t hate and they enjoy it

You can always suggest something else, you know. A decisive man is more attractive.
But it sounds like you weren't that interested in her anyway.
But next time just say
"Art galleries are not really my thing, why don't we go *insert whatever*?

I mean as long as they want to see me and there is chemistry. The place doesn't really matter
