Well I guess she has to be realistic about what kind of guy who would date her.

I don’t know the whole background on why she has this kind of physique. I’m guessing it’s a combination of bad genetics, comfort eating and/or a bad upbringing. She can make her own life choices but she has to live with them.

Anyway she has two choices on what she can do:

1) Stay as is and maybe find a male who is interested. I’m not going to lie it’s going to be slim Pickens. She has to be realistic that it will be a guy with a similar physique or a very rare guy who has a fetish for her body type.

2) Seriously consider a lifestyle change. This is going to take time and devotion. No quick fix. Maybe you can consider gastric bypass surgery but the effects of that are temporary.

Rather she needs to find a physical activity she finds fun. She needs to find a good hearted but tough physical trainer to motivate her and stay accountable. She needs to make adjustments to her diet. And all of this needs to be consistent baby steps.
