most dating advice doesn't help people. it's either said by people who are very sheltered and retarded, or people who are looking to cause confusion.

Like - "looks don't matter" - yes they do. they're not everything but it's misleading to say they don't.

Well being yourself is definitely the ideal situation, really sometimes you fear what someone would think of you for doing this or saying that when they really wouldn’t care and it would just add to your character. It’s of course very difficult but I have now met 2 girls like that and I think they’re pretty cool.
