If I were you, I would ask him why he's changed when he replies. I understand that is confronting him but if you want to know why something changed the only way to get an answer, is to ask them about it. He could lie (and you'd figure it out on down the road) but at least you'd then have an answer. But that's just me

How do i know if he truly loves i mean let me tell u a bit in brief he comes from a family where there r issues his dad left his mom and so he recently came to know not now but months ago so in between he met that father and son so that father told that he is useless and all and he does not express his feelings i mean don’t open up..
And before he was talking about his past he used to go clubs and done stuff nd all i again that time overthinked and lashed on him in anger so and 3 times taunting him what he did but he says he hates that phase of his so now i feel like he don’t want to say me anything whats going on with him or I don't know its like he build a wall

If you both care for each other, you should be clear about not being taken for granted for every other thing and he needs to quit the things he does to make you angry.
