As he is the only person to earn he does not talk to his mom coz he don’t want to be dependent but now he can't balance he can't give time to me he has his clg his work he feels very pressured and wants to focus on his career and he keeps saying he don’t feel any emotions as his past relationship his ex cheated on him with her best friend but i didn't force him to be with me and wished him the best and stay in touch

It sounds to me like you did the right thing, if he doesn't have the capacity to love you regardless of what's happened to him then was he capable of love to begin with? It's the age old saying if you love them let them go and if they come back it was meant to be if they don't it wasn't, I understand that's a very short and simple answer to a difficult question but it's a saying that has stood the test of time
