Hmm. Not really. The only reason a hot woman would not make me horny is if there is an artificial turn-off button involved. Like a social or intellectual reason not to be attracted to them. Otherwise, if she's hot, then I'm attracted to her.
... Then again, I'm not necessarily going to be horny per se. It may just be a passing casual thought.
