Is it normal for a first responder or fireman to move quickly in a relationship?

Such as talking about moving in etc after 2/3 months of talking?

I would imagine they need money if they are that fast.

I can't speak from experience, but it makes sense. If their job is high risk and potentially dangerous or life threatening, it would make sense that they would want to move quick and not waste time as time is likely a bit more precious and the future less certain when you look death in the face every day at work.
