What do you think is a sign of moving too fast in a relationship?

That's one of the concern of a friend of mine with her relationship with a guy she used to flirt with and is now going out with, so I would like your opinion.

Moving to fast to me would be moving in together after just meeting & going out a few times. Having sex first date. Giving the new person keys to your place. Giving them access to your bank account or credit card. Letting them drive or take your car. Letting them meet & be around your children. Having them babysit your children. Having them house sit while you're gone out of town.

Claiming that you love someone and they're the one after only dating for a couple of months/weeks.

I always say, the quicker you got into a relationship, the faster you'll leave it. Depends on your interactions and what you really know about each other as far as how you both act and react to situations or if it feels more like a facade or like a friend with benefits

Well they are talking about moving in together, planning events with family, starts to redecorate your place, bride magazines start to show up, talks about getting a bigger place, wants you to sell your motorcycles and buy a minivan.

Well said. Too many times people don't listen to their "gut" feeling & it ends badly. They reflect back & say "I knew I should have listened to my gut/intuition."
There's a world FULL of good, honest, amazing people, but there's predators & users posing amongst them. The perverbial "wolf in sheep's clothing." Predators & users work exceptionally hard to look the part & fit in with the good people, so when your Spidey senses go off, LISTEN to them
