Why would an outgoing guy be single?

I've reached a point in my life where relationships are just not a priority anymore. I personally went through an abusive relationship where I was scratched, they jumped on my back, tried locking me in a room, threw things at me, and before that I was with someone that scream-cried when I didn't have the money to support their habits, or enough money to do the exact extra curricular thing they wanted to do, and after those 2 alone, I have lost the desire to even try to have a relationship.

Now I'm not saying he has experienced abuse, but sometimes guys reach a point where our own personal growth means more than a relationship. It's nothing against anyone, or us going against the grain, we just want our own time, and we want to experience our lives alone. I will add this in as well. We do pay attention to those that stick around as we go through such things. Once we get out of those little spells and we begin seeking relationships and the company of others, we remember those that hung out with us while we stayed single. That always happens lol.

So I bet he is just chilling out, enjoying life, and enjoying figuring out what it is he wants out of life, and out of a partner.

Maybe he likes the freedom of being single.
For quite a while I had grown tired of being in relationships so I chose to be single.
I could come and go as I please, I did a lot of motorcycle touring, didn't have to worry about missing a birthday party or wedding.
I had a great friend base so I was never lonely, met a lot of people on the road got laid when I wanted to.
I had a lot of fun, no arguments about what I had to do or where I had to be.
So maybe this person likes his independence and just doesn't have time for a relationship.

likely because he's burnt out when it comes to relationships and/or he prefers to be single rather then deal with daily drama. could also have a sex friends to meetup with now and then to release stress.

Because he´s not looking for a relationship or he hasn´t met the right partner. Outgoing is something that seems like the minimum in modern society so that´s no guarantee that you meet a woman you wanna date.
