Will I lose my female friends if I get a girlfriend?

I’m 18, virgin, never had a girlfriend. But I have lots of female friends and have always preferred spending time with women over men. I’ll even spend hours 1-on-1 with some of my close female friends. If I get a girlfriend, will I have to stop hanging out with them?

just ask urself the question: if its 3am and she's going to a breakup and texts u "im lonely could u come over" or if they make a move on u and try to seduce u would u go along if yes u have to stop seeing them when u get a girlfriend cuz if ur serious with her u can't be around girls u would screw

I have no intention having sex with any of my friends, and they are definitely not the type that would try to seduce me. They wouldn’t be a close friend if they were that type

Hopefully not- getting into a relationship usually does mean seeing less of other friends; there are only so many hours in a day. But it really depends on your theoretical girlfriend and what you're comfortable with together.

Well I don’t have a girlfriend yet, but this is something I will be looking out for when choosing one. Someone who is ok with me hanging out with female friends, knowing that these relationships are platonic. Do you think that’s reasonable?

No one likes it. I didn’t either especially because 80% of the people in my work at that time were women. It sucked for everyone because I happened to be the guy who all the girls around the job would talk too.
