Is it normal for white men to prefer Latinas to white women?

I really, really, really like Latina women and had lots of good experiences with the ones I dated. Safe to say I'd choose a Latina over a white woman 100% of the time. Normal?

It's not me, but I have certainly met guys like you.

I think these are the most common reasons:

(*) Latinas are often (not always) more traditional and less feminist than white women. They are more into traditional gender roles.

(*) Latinas stereotypically have a warm or even hot fiery personality, and that drives some guys crazy.

(*) For some guys, it's all about the body type. Latinas are frequently shorter than white women, curvier, and they tan rather than sunburn in the sun. Most guys I've seen who like latinas are really into curvy women.

Of course, there are white girls who also have all of the above qualities, but it's not as common.

Most Latinas are White. Typically the White ones are the ones that are considered attractive. There are also Black Latinas who are decedents of former slaves, but they are often seen as just Black. There are Asian Latinas who are decendents of Japanese and Chinese that migrated to Latin America. There are Native Americans and Mestizos who are mixed Natives with White and/or Blacks and they're typically the illegal aliens most people take issue with. Obviously White people that are multilingual (speak English & Spanish or Portuguese) can be attractive to White people.

Ha! Do you mean “white men” from the Midwest/13 colonies? Cause trust me, those “white men” do not prefer Latina women.

But there are Latina/Latino/Hispanics in Colombia, Spain and Argentina with white colored skin and blonde hair. Now those white men prefer Latinas.

I think a lot of men love Latinas. I know I do. When I first met my girl it was different. Her mom asked me what I wanted to eat. I said I’ll have whatever everyone else is having. She’s like no what do you want. Her son wanted steak, eggs and toast so I said I’ll have the same. Man she was very polite, treated me good as did her daughter. I’m not saying that that’s how women should be but I could tell her mom loved to please. Course the husband worked a lot, she stayed home taking care of the family. I love the tradition, the food, the language, the way they dance especially the women w them curves.

Why are you worried about what's "normal" or not? It has nothing to do with "normal." You like what you like! There's a saying, "The heart wants what it wants." If you love Latina women, go for it, man! It's nobody else's business what you like! Best of luck!

Depends if she’s a native Latina vs an American-Latina for me. I really liked foreign latinas myself. They were more respectful. But one girl I regretted dating more than anyone was by a 1st generation Mexican-American girl. I was an idiot to tolerate her so long but it was beyond horrible about some of the incredibly shitty things she did to me. She did the bare minimum (reluctantly gave me sex) just to try to get away with as much as possible (being a huge freeloader, flaky, disrespectful at times, etc). She blew it out of the water when she left me stranded at an airport one time before my sisters wedding.

From what i noticed is some Asian and latína American emulate shitty behaviors they see in white girls and then overdo themselves

I don't know about "prefer", but there are lots of guys that love latinas. And I notice they tend to have a much different attitude towards guy than white women, which I think is maybe what the added attraction is?

Race and skin color are things people have no control over, just like height, jaw line, etc. If you're basing your attraction on someone partly because of their race or skin color, you're a pretty crappy person. Using an aspect no one has any control over to decide if they're "hot" is caveman level intellect.

I guess it just depends on your definition of normal... I was actually recently watching an interview of cardi b on VladTV on YouTube about basically this topic and a few others as well, as she was saying she prefers black men to Latin men, but anyway is it normal? sure it's usual it's very common for a person of One race to gravitate towards the opposite sex of another race and become partial to it, nothing wrong with it, we all deserve to be happy... the only thing I dont agree with is those who totally write off their own race simply based on skin color...

I don’t see how it’s normal or abnormal. Everyone has preferences, sometimes those preferences elevate to racial fetishes, but as long as you’re not hurting anyone I don’t see what the problem is.
