Boyfriend won’t post me on social media but I post him on mine?

He won’t even add me to his stories (which he does post, but only with his friends), but I’ve already posted him on my main Instagram and I post him on my stories. He posted his exes from the very beginning of their relationship. He posts his friends but not me. Red flag or nah?

Does he still have pictures of his ex on his account? If not then he just might not be ready yet to post you, some people need time to just keep the relationship in a bubble for a while before they start “announcing” it to the world through social media.

Hi, yes he does. They don’t follow eachother and she’s married now but he still has old pics of them on his insta and his Facebook. It’s just weird because with her, he posted right from the beginning of their relationship and frequently it seems

Oh well that would make me super uncomfortable as well, my boyfriend is exactly the same way and he just decided to deactivate his insta. Have you talked to him about it tho?

Ehh, it could be. Does he point-blank refuse to post you when you ask? Then I’d be more worried. What reasons does he give as to why he hasn’t posted you yet?
