Inconsistent and lack of assertiveness

I find myself having to plan dates or guide a guy on how to take ME out. Too many last minute dates and insecure men. If one wants to take a lady out, they should already have some places in mind and be able to work around her schedule. I dont want to be asked out and then a guy gets all goofy "wHerE sHouLd wE Go?"...*sigh* ... you asked me out, shouldn't you know that already? Im nice so i dont say that, but it does annoy me.

Then the odd wimpy behaviors. Will imply interest one day, then dissappear for days at a time. Focusing more on the disney aspect of dating rather than making conversation and getting to know each other on personal levels.

For me it’s finding a guy who is actually ready for a relationship and not one who is still hung up on his ex, or too hurt by his past relationships to trust again, or someone who’s not just “going with the flow, let’s see where this goes, not looking for anything serious” lmao
