Is being a fast mover a red flag?

He wants to get married and have kids ASAP, he is in his early 30's. He wants to meet my/introduce me to his family and we have only been dating about 2 weeks now. He has told me he is a fast mover and if things don't work out he will/does move on very quickly to the next girl. Not sure what to make of this.
