I started seeing this guy almost a year ago. We only went on a couple dates (on the first date he asked to kiss me and “rated” my kiss a 9, I thought that was strange) and he was inconsistent in communication so we did not go further.
He messaged me months later and he started being consistent. He called me and apologized for his inconsistency in the past. I forgave. He told me he really wants this to work out and he doesn’t want to mess up again. We went on two more dates which I enjoyed. On the 2nd date after rekindling our relationship, he introduced me to his friends. Now tomorrow I will be meeting his brother and sister in law. It’s been only 20 days since we started talking again. I refuse to kiss him until I’m sure he is serious but I worry if this is moving too fast. I just wanted to know opinions. I’ve been love bombed by a guy that ended up being an abusive boyfriend whom never showed me true love after the “early stages” and I just don’t want that to happen again.
