Appropriate or not?

Hello all,
so there is this friend of mine and I d love to give her oral/a good time, even though I am not interested in something more at all. My problem is that I dont know how to do that. Tell her?/ ask her in a opportune moment? I struggle to come up with an appropriate way that doesn't make me look like a creep. We are on good terms and get along just well. We are not best friends but sure hang out sometimes or check up on each other from time to time. Recently we started to exchange a massage or two. However none of us is interested in anything more serious than that for sure. by the way I dont expect anything in return. its just that I want to collect some experience while also making her happy. Go with flow... nothing dries up a scoot-scoot quicker than male worrywart. Start slow from top-down... not a home run shot first time at bat. Might have to fill the bases a bit.
