How soon do girls want to be asked out on a dating site?

I get a bit of interest with girls on these dating apps but after a day or two they stop responding. I'm guessing because the conversation turns pretty basic without really knowing much about the person and I'm not really sure how to ask what they enjoy doing to give a topic to discuss. A few times it felt like they were waiting to be asked out quick but maybe they were just bored with me. Do girks usually want to wait till a connection is made or to be asked out quick to find out in person if they will get along?

So the standard rule is that after you chat with her for a day or two you should ask her out. Most women know within the first 24 to 48 hours if they'd be willing to go out with you.

Online dating is a numbers game, so you don't want to waste any more time than nesscary on any one women. The theory is the fact that she's on line using a dating site means she adverse her availability and should be looking and ready to date.

If she needs more time then don't wait around, its a red flag if they can't commit to a date with 2 to 3 days tops.

I got a lot of action on dating sites myself, so only times I waited any longer on any one women was if I was in a slow down. But if I was chatting some one I didn't want waste my time, when there were other women more than willing to go out.

Some women would disagree with this, and honestly I don't care. I know what my expectations were and if they were about thst then she's not the one for me.

I got 16 dates with 12 different women in 4 months... and burned through them and didn't waste time. I met my current girlfriend of 8 months on line and I got no regrets. She's amazing and I knew right away given all the women I burned through I knew immediately. If hung around wasting time with these women wasting my time I may of never found her.

Immediately. That’s the point. Texting before meeting is a waste of time. If she’s unwilling to meet, she’s a waste of time. For the first date, nothing that is a big time commitment because it can get awkward if there’s no chemistry. Coffee is good. Nothing more than lunch.

Well, on a dating website when the primary goal is to actually get a date... I'd say as soon as possible, or as soon as the two have some compatibility with each other.

Interesting. The primary goal for me is actually Not just to get a date. My goal is to get a relationship. So I prefer talking to a person for a while first to kind of feel them out and see who they really are before committing to actually meeting them in person.

Here's the way I look at it, although it could be difficult for a boys mindset, which I'm taking yours into account.

Basically I personally think a date is the starting point to a relationship, to judge whether or not we're compatible. If I like how it's going I may agree to a second date. Only thereafter I decide to date a boy.
I'm sure there's lots of ways to start a relationship, but this is how I've learned.

Your method is the same end goal, except you are more so in a friend stage and not a romantic one.

@Kayla45 Ohh; I see. No, I basically agree with you! The only difference is that what you just described is the way I would define dating prior to the age of telecommunications. Now, since the telephone and the internet have been invented, I just add a preliminary step onto the beginning of that process. (Kinda like how they added Kindergarten before 1st grade, and then they added preschool before Kindergarten.). So, basically, I believe in everything you said, except that I would talk to people just a little bit to filter them out even BEFORE the first date. (And I like it that way, because you don't have to actually meet up with anyone in real life unless they are pre-qualified. It saves a LOT of awkwardness!)

by the way, corporate Sales departments do this as well. They have a whole team of cold-callers who just get information from people and then pass on the "good" leads to the actual sales associates.

It's all about efficiency, in my book.

There are exceptions though like when you meet the girl irl and you have limited time to talk cause she’s working or on her way to class. And even then a lot of girls don’t wanna be asked out at work unless they think you’re super cute.

Society tells us that women don’t want to be asked out on a date, they don’t want to be approached at all, they don’t want us looking at them, or helping them in any way.
They want men to act like they don’t exist or else they will literally fuck up our lives.

You need some chatter to see if there's a connection. But I'd organise a date as soon as it felt appropriate. Not sure there's a prescribed timeline. Its just what feels right

i'd assume most of those sites would be ok with being asked out soon if they felt there was a connection or mutual interest. obviously can't ask them out rate away , have to be a sense it was right

They are bisexual and are in it for the likes. If they find another bisexual or lesbian girl, then they are contend and in a relationship.
If girls wanted a boyfriend, they wouldn't ignore us.
