Would you leave if ur boyfriend drove under the influence (weed) after you nicely asked them not to cus it makes you feel unsafe?

he was driving us back from disneyland the other night and decided to hit his weed pen, it was dark and we had a windy road to go to get back home and he admit he hates driving on windy roads and also it was pitch black out, he decided to get high while driving us and i have been in a few accidents that he knows of and i said can you pls just wait until we are home and he said but i wanna get high now and in response to me saying i dont feel safe he took a huge hit of his weed pen and screamed at me for stressing him out and trying to control him all because i nicely asked him to please not drive high. also worth noting his car registration expired like 2 years ago and he gets very high even off a small hit. he literally screamed to let him drive high and said weed relaxes me you're stressing me out im driving perfectly fine etc. would you leave?
