The idea for this question comes from the movie shallow hall. The main character in said film was placed in a hypnotic trance that altered his visual perception; through his eyes, people's physical appearance matched their personality. This means that if you were physically attractive female but had a crappy personality (aka a bitch), you would look physically ugly in his eyes. And if you were say below average in looks but had an amazing personality then you would look like a model. I take it that for those whose personalities matched their looks that no noticeable changes would be noticed; hot girl with good personality would still look like a hot girl.
With that said, would your dating life be better if you had this hypnotic trance placed on you?
