My date had a little attitude with the waiter and expressed his anger about his drink being incorrect. Is this a red flag?

I'd say this is definitely a red flag. One of the things to look out for in a partner is to see how they treat the people working under them, especially people who are paid to be nice to you and this tells you a lot about their character, regardless of gender. So unless his anger was one of those heat of the moment things and he apologized to the waiter later on, I'd say you need to dump the guy.

I think so personally that’s not a good look I hate people who are rude to waiters worst case just don’t tip them well. I would see it as a red flag if my date did that I think. The way people treat waiters and animals really says a lot about them in my opinion. Although my grandma is like the nicest person ever gives waiters a hard time sometimes lmao so then again I don't know.

I was in an abusive relationship before and my ex acted pretty similarly to how this guy is acting on the first date where I almost got up and left.

He may have had a bad day and took it out on the writer, or his true self is starting to show.
Keep your eye on it.

Well not only that but he told me he got kicked out of his Uber and then had to ride a bike to our date

I asked him because I thought that was insane... he said something like “dude why are you were you so late I have somewhere I need to go” and something like “your car is shit and disgusting” and the driver let him out on a corner

It really depends on what he said but if it makes you uncomfortable it's probably a red flag. You can point out a mistake without being a total douchebag about it.

Yeah I don’t remember too well. I was uncomfortable though so signals this wasn’t good.
He just told waiter it was too watered down, too much ice, proportions wrong, and wanted a lime.

When waiter walked away he was rolling his eyes and complaining

Anyway I felt uncomfortable throughout the date anyway. He also asked to split the check (not a HUGE deal, but... he got annoyed when there was only one pen and i was filling out my check and he needed it...

What your are conflicted about is that the actions themselves were "ok", but the way he took the actions were just rude and made him look like an aggressive asshole.
Never ignore your feelings, if he makes you uncomfortable, listen to that.
