Most of that sounds ok, but their personality would probably have to be stellar. Like super fun, outgoing, positive, funny, adventurous, very patient, and smart enough to be a life learner. Or head would probably have to a very determined bad ass who works hard to look his best.

Many women don't care about height, within reason. So, a 5'4'' guy can still find someone.
The hair is a hit and miss, it just depends on how they look. The hair itself may or may not hurt the look.

5", 5'6, thinning hair is styled as a low fade, skin issues such as stretch marks and my skin not being super tight in some areas. Even if a guy like me has a "stellar" personality, why would a woman want to be romantically involved? She would most likely want to just be friends

5" D isn't a problem for most of the people I know, I've found that to be average. I don't keep a ruler under my pillow, but based upon guys that I have measured with a ruler, and were 5", most people have been around their size.
There is some variance in thickness and shape, but most people are not very thick. Like, I can usually touch my index finger to the thumb while holding it.

5'6" works for many women that I know as well.

As long as they look like they care about how they look, and they don't do anything insecure to try to cover it up, thinning hair wouldn't be a constant distraction for me. I haven't asked anyone else about this, so that's all I can say.

Those skin issues are fine, as long as it's not extreme. If it is extreme, then there is surgery to fix it. I don't think it will come up until people get naked, so I wouldn't worry about it. Maybe they should have sex in the dark.

It doesn't sound like the guy that you are describing needs a stellar personality, they just need to get along with someone and relax. Have confidence, and do things that give you a sense of pride in yourself. Confidence, success, kindness, and a positive attitude can get a person very far.

If a guy tries to date women who are strangers to them, then rejection is going to happen. Not many men have women come on to them, so dealing with rejection and moving forward ASAP is the best course of action.
