Braces alone where I live is like $10k, not everyone can afford $10k on braces when their rent is around $500 per week. Kind of sucks people see someone not being able to afford to go to the dentist as a red flag when many people are barely getting by paying bills and putting food on the table but it is what it is.

Why can’t they be able to afford braces?
Did they fail out of school and can’t get a decent job? Are they recovering from a tragedy? Death in the family and no insurance? Brutal divorce? Gambling or drug habit? Were they sued and all their savings were eaten by lawyers and court costs?
You seem defensive, I’m just saying that there is a reason for everything that ever happens.
I’m not saying bad teeth mean that someone doesn’t deserve love.
I’m just saying…find out why the person never smiles and then decide.
