They won’t take a step like you want because that’s like a leap of faith for a female lol they may try just being friends or could be too nervous to be friends. Some girls can just admire but if a girl admires your skills it make give a reason to talk about those things etc. they see no reason to approach if all they see if a cute walking image of a guy.
