What does it mean when a guy says “I don’t want to waste time”?

If he doesn´t want to waste it´s a kind way of saying that he knows what he wants.
A guy that says that has found himself and has clear expectations for his own life.
It doesn´t mean that he´s interested in you but he´s not the guy to take things slow and go with the flow so to say.
