How do you get a girl to reconsider and back down from getting a restraining order against a poor guy?

He has been trying to ask her out, but she have always said no, and never listens to why she should date him. Last time he asked her, he kinda cornered her against the wall. He did not intend to hurt her, only to get her to actually listen to why she should date him. Did not work for him. She took his glasses and told him she would smash them if he do anything to her. He gets his glasses back and she goes on long rant about how he can't take a hint and if attempts to talk to her again she will get a restraining order. He is a really great guy and she would love him too if she gave him a chance

The guy sounds like an idiot and a loser. Restraining orders don't just get handed out like candy, there has to be proof of reasonable concern that physical harm would be done. The guy is getting exactly what he deserves, and he needs to leave women alone and go learn how to not be a creep.
