My new boyfriend lease is almost ending should I suggest that he could stay at mine until he finds a place?

If you actually want him to move in with you and stay with you because that's what's going to happen you know that until you guys break up because you don't like each other because you live together LOL now I'm just teasing but that the odds are 50/50 that way I think whatever you want if you feel that that's what you want then that's what you need to do

Eh... I would be careful about that, unless he has a new place lined up already to go after a few days. You're trying to be nice, which is definitely a good thing, but the problem is that even if you are clear about your expectations; he might not live up to those expectations in practice, and that will be a problem for you because you aren't really going to be able to confront him about leaving in a comfortable way if he decides to overstay his welcome.

No he doesn't have a place lined up and he doesn't have much longer to go until the 15 Sept. Place he qont get a place without job he's literally just out of uni

Yeah... I wouldn't let him stay then. Because that's going to create a potential expectation where he gets comfortable living in your spot, and you don't want that.

No his landlord is throwing them all out to decorate and he hasn't got a job since he's just out of uni so he can't find his own place

He can't get another place becuase he hasn't got a job since he's just finished up with uni. I was gonna suggest until he finds a place

Like 3 months but this move isn't permanent i just want to help him out if not he would have to leave the country

Pretty risky. I've known a few people that have done similar things and it bit every single one of them in the ass. If you do it, I would get partial rent money from him. At least to cover any damages he causes if something goes wrong.

Usually the relationship started to fall apart and the place would start to be unkempt by the non owner. In one case, he stole everything (literally, not figuratively) from her out of the blue.
