When is the best opportunity to confess my feelings to my friend?

My friend and I became pretty good friends from school. I was wondering how I should approach in confessing to her.

I don’t want to confess through text and rather do it in person. I also don’t want to tell her in school w others around. Should I text her to meet up for a casual meet up for lunch then confess there? I could just text her to go on a date w me but Again I’d rather just tell her to go out w me in person.

I think asked them out for cinemas or buy ice cream or sum first.. dont straight to confess its too early, or ull ruin everything

NEVER emotionally bombard someone either in text or in person. I am assuming that you have been dating for at least a month?
