People have become really boring and lousy. They don't want to put some work into the conversation and expect the other person to do all the work. How do they expect everything good to happen with that lame attitude.

It's hard to date these days because most people don't know how to be interesting without placing some LGBTQ label on themselves. We're so used to being entertained by a flood of media, that we haven't developed the ability to be entertaining. Couple this with the fact that most modern women (who are even remotely pretty) don't have the need to develop a personality since they get constant male attention regardless.
