We had coffee, but no plans to meet again. Is she still interested?

We had coffee, spoke for 45 minutes until she had to get back to work. Coffee date went really well, she even said it was nice. I didn't get a chance to ask her to meet again as she was late to get back to work. She has my number, but I never asked her for hers, I didn want to push anything on her. She seemed nervous enough.

Now I don't know where I stand as I've heard nothing from her. I do have her with her work number that she gave me and her email specifically for work reasons, but I don't want to seem pushy or stalkish. Is she still interested? All the signs were there, now I'm confused.

It's been a week now, I do frequent the same coffee shop on my lunch where she also goes, so I'm wondering was she hoping to meet me there, I haven't been there since the date. Girls/Guys advice is appreciated. Any questions please ask. Thank you

Looks to me like if she is not really interested in further dates.

If the person was truly interested, then she would have contacted you earlier. Also, the fact that she does not show up at the café leads me to believe that she is avoiding the place because she wants to avoid to see you and to have to give explanations or to justify herself.

In your case, I think it is best to forget about this lady. She could have felt pressed into going for a date with you and was to shy to say no. Saying that she had a good time with you does not mean that she did actually have a good time but could also be a way not to disappoint you. If she is the introvert type of person, then she would be hesitant to tell you right away that this date will remain the only one and that there will not be any subsequent ones.

Time to move on because I don't think that this first date is leading anywhere.
