Don't jump to conclusions just yet, she might just legit want to relax on the weekend, and her cancelling isn't because she doesn't like you.
Notice how she is with you on the lunch date, and just play it cool.
I would suggest that you don't try and organise the next date. Because she cancelled for the weekend, allow her to come to you. You don't want to chase the girl if her reason behind the cancel is something other than what she's said

u I she made plans with you and then cancelled them, I think you are entitled to an explanation. But if you ask, she may simply give you an excuse. I wouldn't quit just yet but this is a potential warning sign. Maybe she has someone else she is also dating and may be she just isn't that into you.
