there is a girl at work and all of us went to the club for a party, and she told me to come with her. She took me outside where it was less crowded and we were talking about something serious that happened to a coworker.

she grabbed my arm which i didn't think of that much, and a bit later she put her hand on my belly and got super close.

i got really nervous (never was in a relationship and have never touched a girl like that or have been touched in that way) and i leaned away from her so that her hand didn't touch me anymore. She noticed that i was leaning away and put her hand again on my belly.

is she friendly or interested? My sister said it was a hint.

Let me help you understand the difference between girls being friendly, and girls being flirty for the future.

Friendly:
If you guys just like to joke around at work and tease each other a little bit, that's considered being friendly. You are comfortable in each other's company and there isn't any emotions attached. Hugging every now and then can also be friendly, until you do it more often.

occasional shoulder touch is alright.. but generally opposite attract friends don't even touch each other, other than the greeting hug.
