Sometimes when I'm flitring with a girl we get really close and I can feel that my crotch is touching her, they have never pushed me away or something, but I feel it's kind of a wrong thing to do. Although I do it without thinking about it, it just comes naturally
If a woman is allowing you into her space, that's a good thing because she likes you and there is trust. If she shows no signs of feeling awkward or being uncomfortable, then its also a good sign. You are right to be cautious though because there is a slight possibility that it offends her and she is not verbalizing it. However, if she continually allows it, I think you're ok because if she didn't like it, she would stand further back and not allow it to happen.
