I've been celibate for 3 years, is this a turn off for men?

I'm a 38 years old and came from a long term relationship. After my break up I tried dating again and there were times that I almost hook up with those men but I end up getting anxiety and not wanting to have sex with them. So I just stopped dating and stayed focus with my career and my parents needs. Though I am not in a rush to be in a relationship or start having sex again, I am just worried that when I'm ready to get back to the dating game again the guys might find it weird or will turn them off.

Men will have two questions about you:

1. Is sex no longer important to you?

2. Have you really processed your long-term relationship i. e. are you actually ready to be dating again yet?

The real nightmare for a man is a woman who dates to woo a man and then denies them sex in a relationship; or a woman who is still projecting her hurt from a previous relationship onto a man who has a healthy sex drive.

Sex is very important to me of course, but only with someone I am in a relationship with. and already moved on, so I don't think I'm gonna have the same issue I had before when I start dating again

At your age you should be more worried about children. A woman being celibate for 3 years is not a turn off unless the man suspect that she is a frigid, men usually prefer women with low body count.

First, guys won't know that you have been celibate unless you tell them; however, if you start asking like a virgin, and demanding guys wait to have sex then they'll probably find that a turn off.
