HELP! What does the word COMMIT mean?

Meaning the commit is not based on conditions of any kind. If I make a commit to study everyday then even if the stars are falling... I will study.

That's an easy example. An emotional example is more interesting because most people are not use to making such commitments or even how too.

Commit - To make apart of your unwavering standard (unconditional)

Commit - To verbally promise

Commit - A conditional agreement or promise that can be broken

A commitment is an agreement to carry out a certain task between two parties. They are both verbal and written contracts where one person and another person agree to exchange of services. To commit means to agree to do something fully.
