Was I too harsh on the guy who stood me up?

I’ve been seeing this guy and it’s going well. He asked me to go on a date with him yesterday and he had me waiting all day. He called me at 10pm saying he’s gonna come soon and that he won’t be longer than a hour. 12am comes. I call him twice and no response. So I text him this morning saying ‘I don’t appreciate the way you kept me waiting, let’s not plan to meet again if you’re just gonna keep me waiting, I don’t have time for that’ is that too harsh? I’m usually a very timid person so I’m not sure if this was rude of me to say?

It's not rude but if he had some high priority crisis and problem then you should try to understand it and forgive him

He hasn’t even said sorry you see. He’s literally not said a word at all. I messaged him asking what happened and it’s hard for me to forgive him if he hasn’t said sorry
