What's the scenario? Online dating - yes, but only a brief message.

All other situations - Is it ok? Yes. Is it advisable? No.

You have to let the man feel that he earned you. Hard to achieve when you messaged first! Stick to being more obvious with your flirting instead, but let him do the actual asking out & contacting you first. You can message first every once in a while though once you start dating.

100% yes. When I was in the dating world it was actually a red flag for me if I messaged someone first and they replied with "whoa isn't that coming on a little too strong?" Easy block. They probably aren't a good fit if they have that fragile of an ego. The relationship would be like walking on egg shells

Hell yes it is. I highly encourage it. I think it's silly for a woman to sit back and wait for a man to message her. Go after what you want. If it insults him then he's not the right man for you
