How does an average looking guy compete in college for sexual/romantic relationships?

I have trouble attracting women at college and when going around it's obvious that 10 percent of college men are having sex with all the women. I'm not ugly, I'm average looking in the face and semi muscular due to working out 4 times a week. What advice do you give? Should I look off campus for sex/relationships?(also don't just message some nonsense like "just work on yourself" or "you don't need to be interested in girls right now anyway", it isn't what I'm asking, and it's useless to me)

That is such a lame excuse! 10% of all college guys get 100% of the coed pussy. Do you really think anyone is going to believe that nonsense? You really think 90% of all college guys are stting in the dorm room every Friday and Saturday night? And the other 10% are all fucking 10 girls apiece every weekend?

I don't think so! Every time I hear this lame ass excuse, I thnk the same thing: here's a dude that isn't having any luck with women and instead of taking a look at what he's doing, he just wants to blame all women and the 10% of the guys for fucking up everything for everybody else.
