Dating - ghosting question?

I am dating this guy for about a month now. He is very kind and it seems that he is that into me. I mean we had a really great time together to all our dates, he has told me that he missed when I was out of town etc... But the last 4 days I decided to text him first and he never opened our chat. I guess I did something wrong or something that made him reconsider. He may be also busy with work but it seems too much to me to not respond at all for that long if the reason is that. I am sad about it but it seems that I should move on and try to date an other guy. But first of all I want to ask him what I did wrong. Is that that bad or does it makes me look needy? Also we were planning a short trip together. Should I ask him if those plans are still on or canceled?

1st of all you should not be already assuming that you did something wrong, you're blaming yourself for his poor behavior. Maybe you might have even said or done something but even if you did, still not a good excuse for him to completely ignore you after those several dates.

you should try to reach out to him, but not already asking if you did something wrong... I'd say "Hey is everything OK? Haven't heard from you, so I'm just wondering if you're alright and if our plans for that trip are still on..." give him some time to reply, dont be checking if he's online or not, go on with your day... if he doesn't reply by the end of the day, or doesn't open or leave you on read... then I'd ask something like: "Is something I might have said or done bothering you? Cause if that's the case I'd like to know what it is, otherwise I'll just assume you're no longer interested in talking to me."... then if he still doesn't reply, just let it go and live your best life without flaky people.
