Not all quiet people are shy! Some are just introverted. Extroverts can be socially anxious as well, though, probably less likely to be shy. I'm an extrovert (though, probably in the ambivert range, I don't know) and I have introvert friends who love to party way more than I do. It's interesting.

Anyway, I'm outgoing, social, and helpful.
