Would you ever date a guy who you previously rejected? Let’s say he got fit, 6 pack and all, got a new job that pays more, and dresses better? Would you change your stance and give him a shot?
My biggest reason for rejecting a guy is I don't like his morals so changing the body and face and income would not make a huge difference in how I see him. A guy does not have to be a saint - but many people do not even try to be a good person.
People change and become more or less attractive. The same reason people break-up with good-looking people. The change is not good or becomes less attractive overall. Make sense ⁉️
I bet most women would. But what incentive does the guy have to ask her out again, rather than other women?

If I was that guy, I wouldn't give a second chance to someone who dismissed me before, only to come back because they're that shallow of a person.
Most women would. And most men would be too petty and bitter to give them a chance. But you can't blame a woman for having standards.
