We’ve been dating for 3 weeks and he yelled at me. What should I do?

I hardly text him, but he clearly said “text me if you need anything”. I had to buy something for us at the store and asked Him which brand he prefers.. he got frustrated and yelled at me through the phone and threatened to end the relationship because I was being “annoying”. The next day he apologized, but still it made me tear up.
