It might have been meant as a compliment on or jealousy over your attractiveness. It is a way of saying that the men might pursue you irrespective of their relationships. Or it might mean that the person thinks you are the type to pursue taken men. Without knowing you or the context it is impossible to know which.

That depends. I mean why did someone come to this conclusion about you? Because you’ve had relationships w married men in the past? If that’s so than I don’t think you really have a right to feel offended.

It depends. Yes, it’s an insult, so you would have the right to feel offended in that case, but if it’s not true, it’s nothing to worry over- just move on. If it is true, that you would try to steal someone’s SO, then perhaps you should look at yourself
