Is it weird to tell someone you know that you saw their profile on a dating site?

There’s this girl I used to work with that I’m decently good friends with. Even though she just recently stopped working at the same place we still send each other stuff on Snapchat pretty frequently. The other week out of nowhere I was kinda going through hinge and I saw her on there lol. Is it weird for me to tell her I saw her on there? It would just be something random like “hey I know this random but I saw you on hinge the other week lol”. Is it weird or is it fine?

It would be fine. I'd rather know that someone I know is aware that I'm on a dating site, rather than letting me look ridiculous as I change my profile around several times without realizing that someone is making fun of me all that time.

No. But a woman would probably be embarrassed by it. Most women have a chip on thier shoulder about dating sites. Women always like to be able to tell you "I'm not really looking for anything". Which is why so many women will lead in thier bio with "I'm just looking to see what's out there". Women HATE the fact that there NO HIDING why they are there. Women thinks it makes the. yeah it be weird but it of course does happen , people do get seen by people they know if there on dating sites which is why some don't like to use them or try and limit what they put on them
