Ladies would you date a man who owned his own home?

When a man has his own home what does that tell you? Is dating a man who has maturity and is financially mature? Most men who can't save money have nothing.

In all from a woman's perspective what are the pro's and con's that you see when a man has his own home?

From my perspective its a huge con because girls won't maybe like the house.

Owning his house isn't everything, what if he is a freak?, dominant mf? Cheap mf?, what if he not attractive?, abuser? There r a lot of things that matters beside having a home, i think it would matter in marriage, since ud feel safer than living in rent
I think not liking the place where ur date lives and refusing to live in it is a deal breaker.
What if he lives in a ghetto and the girl isn't used to that community?
I am just talking about possibilities, so there r hundred possibility to situations like this, it won't always work out and it won't always fail.

It could be good if you want to build a family or have more privacy. Could mean that he is able to control his finances.

Cons: could be just someone his parents gave to him because they are rich, he could be paying that house for the next 40 years or something, the house could be bad, or the girl doesn't want to life in that city etc for long.
