There's a girl I work with at the same company but I don't like. He's constantly trying to talk. I've hinted several times that I don't want to talk.

Last weekend, friends said we were going to a bar and invited me. They said we would meet at 21:00.

But when I left at 21:00, there was a girl I didn't like. And we waited for friends for 1 hour together.

I asked my friends why they didn't come at 21:00. At 22:00 they informed me that they had agreed and they didn't tell me.. Is this a trap?

Yes, make a complaint and very clearly in writing let her know you aren't interesting and that if she doesn't stop harassing you you will get a restraining order, harsh but needed I think
