It could mean he had an agenda, forgave, matured, and missed someone. And, you know why tfnot... It seems to be positive to unblock and in effect say "hey", what have you been up to? GUESSING !!!

I know it’s sounds like silly question! But he had it private all the time! I just am thinking that maybe he wants to show off, for people that ar not in his follow list,, like me

No I don’t think it’s a silly question, it’s just in situations like these, it’s likely you’d want to mean interest or something of that nature. But anyway, you may be looking a little too deeply into it. I’d rather give you benefit of the doubt and assume you aren’t monitoring or checking his page often enough to notice these fluctuations. It could be coincidental. I know that for a while from 2015-2017 I had a thing to where I’d switch between private and not. There wasn’t even a good reason for it lol.
