Hmm.. career wise I've never cared! I've got a good income and just want to give, feel and share happiness and love with my partner. If that's there I don't care about her/his position!

I have dated men and women, and looks wise for women I was usually into brunettes or black haired girls with dark eyes! My type of men were usually taller than me and blonde. I think I still like them, however I'm currently already 5 years with a black man and very happy with him! And nope, never dated black before him. Apart from having a one night thing with a black woman once which was OK. Personality should be outgoing, kind and caring. Also flexible and understanding!
