What was the reason you ghosted the last person you had to ghost?

Have you ghosted anyone? what was the reason if so? Ghosted as in dropped all contact whatsoever without offering them any reasons or anything.

I guess I am blessed as I have never felt the need to ghost anyone, ever! Don’t get me wrong, I have blocked people here on gag (and other platforms over the years) but that was always after fair warning was given, and because of the extreme nature of their communications to me, it necessitated such drastic action. I’m almost 20, and I’ve been on GaG since I just turned 17, and in all that time I believe I have blocked less than 20 people. As for ghosting specifically, whenever anyone in my life, or online behaved in a manner that became toxic or just downright scary, I have always given advance warning of the behavior in question, told them why it bothers me, I’ve asked them to stop, and told them that if they do not, I will be forced to cut them out of my life completely. If the behavior continues… then I send them a message informing them that I will be blocking their phone number, email address, and any access they have to my social media, then I shut them down, never to speak with them again!

I've had to ghost some people completely block them from every angle phone numbers Facebook changed my last name I'm constantly changing my passwords I never keep my username the same in Facebook and I once even moved away to avoid a certain person.

It's really sad because a person must have really done something extreme press more than just buttons the person not only disrespected my boundaries they basically destroyed them to have gotten blocked by me.

I don't just randomly block I give fair warning after warning and I slowly start taking privileges away if the person doesn't get the point and they don't start re-correcting themselves or changing then that's it for them if things out of line and they seriously border on causing me emotional harm or in some cases physical harm but it doesn't always have to be physical emotional harm is plenty enough to get ghosted.

Basically if a person gets ghosted by me you better believe that there is a legitimate reason they basically deserved it they were out of line.

I never have ghosted. I prefer polite face-face or Zoom, FaceTime, Skype. This way one can see it in my eyes and hear my voice.  Saves lots of time and blocking garbage. Just me 🤷🏻‍♂️

Austic son of a bish I said I DON'T WANT TO SEE HOW YOU LOOK LIKE and was a supposedly "MtF" (i'm starting to see where the hate comes from for trans folk) and he sent me some fat bish on the island in a bikini. Asked me if he looked cute; i... he was texting me at this point.

Little did he know, when I said I don't give out my phone number to random people, I mean it. So i gave him a fake number off of an app and when he sent me that shi, well i deleted the app and blocked him on app we met on like a bullet being fired

Before I met my boyfriend, I’d been chatting to a local dom on fetlife that I was planning on meeting up with, then the day before we were going to meet I found out he’s the babydaddy to one of the girls that I hold a grudge against because she put me through a lot of shit in highschool. So I ghosted him and didn’t meet up with him, didn’t tell him why I’m not interested anymore. I didn’t want anything to do with her and I knew that if I got involved with her BD then there would be drama.

He ghosted me first but would every so often still try to talk to me. I told him I’m an all or nothing person. He knew I had feelings for him. He made it seem like he had feelings for me, then just stopped fucking with me. So when he tried to talk to me later down the road, I didn’t allow him to continue anything with me

My Ex. We tried Going back Together but I Got Suffocated in a Day and Ghosted him the Rest of the Day and Night with an Excuse. That brought us to More Problems and it Led to NC for awhile. He Is talking to me on Google Chat currently again. xx

You never have to ghost anyone, you can respectfully explain why you can't have them in your life anymore and possibly even save them phycological harm by leaving not leaving them to question why you weren't good enough for an explanation. Plus you benefit from this by knowing you did the right thing. Ghosting is a childish move.
