When I tell my boyfriend that other people call me fat or when I call myself fat he doesn’t say anything. Does that mean that he thinks that im fat?

Yes that’s also a part of it but I don’t feel upset I just wonder damn. It’s oretty obvious that he does think that I’m fat but beautiful because he told me that he’s worried about about my health I just don’t want to believe it I guess. Been struggling.

what do you want him to say? This sounds insane. If you know you are fat go on a diet and exercise plan instead of wondering why your boyfriend isn't jumping up to lie to you and be a dysfunctional crazy person too. You wish he would do a better job of enabling you? Face the music... he probably FUCKING HATES that your fat, and really wants to tell you but is holding himself back our of politeness. That would be what me or any man I know well would be thinking. This mentality angers me greatly.

What's more important is he likes you for the way you are, that's why he is with you. It's time you be proud of your body. Insecurities about body, are not sexy, guys leave as soon as they sense it.

He's smart to say nothing. If he said you are fat, you'd be hurt and if he said you aren't fat, you wouldn't believe him. This is one of those questions that there is no good answer... other than to say nothing.

I can't weigh in on if you are fat or not. If you are he may like it and might be afraid if he says something you will be offended and loose the weight. That or his idea of fat might be different then others.


As a fat admirer myself what mainstream folks consider fat in most cases I consider chubby at best.
