I know people who are almost 40 that still have high status guys chasing them because they have successful careers and jobs. My cousins recent boyfriend has an Ivy League MBA degree and made millions before his 30s. He also looks better than a fashion model is her age. No, you can never get a man if you build your career. First of all, the men who are attracted to women with status are the exception, not the rule. These men are usually bums with nothing going on for them. I don't know your cousin, but I'm willing to bet good money that the reason the guy picked her was not to do with her success, but other factors.

Your money doesn't mean shit to us. Men make their own money regardless, so yours is for you only. Moreover, men like feeling desired and appreciated for what we do, and a part of that comes with paying the bills and taking care of the financial obligations. A woman with money a lot of the time tries to make that part of the relationship obsolete, which pushes men away.

Men and women care about different things. Women's standards are so high, so I'm surprised that men's standards are not respected even though they are lower. Our standards are the following:

Youth

Beauty/fitness

Feminity

These three things I mentioned are what attract a man, not money. What KEEP a man are the following:

Humility

Respect

Kindness

Reciprocity

Submission

Direct communication

As you can see, the initial list is shorter than the second list. For women, the initial list is longer. That's because men care a lot more about the values of a woman rather than who she is, but the 3 things I mentioned are absolutely non-negotiable. The reason why we are more strict with our standards is because we have less categories, so each one has to be solid. No amount of money in a woman will make her younger, and only her attitude will make her more feminine. Women who wait until their 40s are simply not gonna have the same options as women in their 20s, that's just reality. If you're missing one of the 3, you have to work very hard at the other 2 since you are competing with younger women who have all 3.
